Before working with Regis I was lost. I felt like my life was run by things I didn’t want to do and I remember feeling stuck. I was feeling like my health issues were never going to get better. I was feeling really low - I didn’t want to live like that anymore. I’ve spent a lot of my life caring for others…and to be quite frank…I believe my body has been telling me enough is enough for quite some time.

Before coaching with Regis, I struggled with snacking instead of eating full meals and putting everything else ahead of my needs. Regis has a way of knowing what you need. She’s very in tune with her clients and their needs. > After working with Regis I'm in a better state of mind, and have learned to think differently when it comes to not only health options but situations in day to day life. Being more aware of how I was talking to myself, which was tearing me down and now adjusting my thoughts and thinking to a more positive outlook. Ex. instead of saying I'm lazy, I have noticed that I'm not lazy, sometimes there is not enough energy to do all the things I want to do and not putting so much pressure on myself to do everything NOW, you can take your time and still feel fulfilled. Regis is a mindset changer. Once you change your mindset around things it’s easier to keep up with them in the future. It’s not as easy when you’re doing it for others or doing it for reasons that aren’t for yourself. The things you will receive from Regis and her program are more important than just health and wellness…but life in general. I have improved in multiple areas. I think she is very good at tailoring the program for individual needs. We didn’t always stick to the schedule…but to be honest I think that was worth a lot. When I as feeling down about my progress she would sit with me in that moment and not just move me along. Sometimes we spent 10 minutes trying to find things that I DID do to work towards my goals…and not letting me get sucked into all the things I DIDN’T do.
